Local Delivery

All orders placed in the following metro and surrounding suburbs are delivered within our standard dispatch time by the Wardrobes Direct team.

The default for all local delivery zone orders is ATL (Authority to Leave). This is in place due to the high rate of no show signature upon delivery (people at work, outside suitable time to meet, etc). This is to save you rebooking fees and us coordinating another attempt for your order. We will work with you if special requirements are needed.

Frequently visited delivery suburbs:

• Gold Coast Queensland
• Brisbane, Queensland
• Sunshine Coast, Queensland
• Tweed Heads, New South Wales

Note: All local deliveries come unpackaged and delivered by a Wardrobes Direct team member and left in a safe spot.

If you are transporting the order to a different location that is stated on the order this negates the warranty. Please keep this in mind transporting your order anywhere else.

National Delivery (Outside of Local Delivery Zones)

We use a courier with a tailgate lift to pick up and deliver your order from our Queensland warehouse to your job address. The deliveries do not require a signature.
If you wish to have someone sign for it please make a note of it in the delivery notes on the cart page. If you wish to sign for it and there is no one at the time of drop off you are subject to rebooking fees. We cannot give times as couriers do not guarantee drop off times for deliveries.

The default for all flat packed orders is ATL (Authority to Leave). This is in place due to the high rate of no show signature upon delivery. This is to save you rebooking fees and us coordinating another attempt for your pallet.

You will receive a notification email once your delivery is on board with our courier and be linked with tracking information.
Note: All outside of local delivery zone orders are supplied PACKAGED (Flat Packed Pallet).
