Confirmation at cart is recognizing all sizes and combinations of styles are correct at time of order placed.

All and any promotional codes are applicable to standard track door kits only.

If changes need to be made please contact us within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Please refer to our returns policy for more details here.


Please take the time to read over the our delivery page prior to purchasing any products as this will give you a better understanding of delivery zones and requesting custom quotes. Do not place an order if our terms are unsatisfactory to you. Please contact us if you need any questions answered or any of our terms and conditions confirmed before placing your order. If you are transporting the order to a different location that is stated on the order this negates the warranty. Please keep this in mind transporting your order anywhere else as we cannot take responsibility for outside transit.

***Please advise of any damage/defects within 3 days of the delivery day for them to be rectified. Failure to notify in due time is not covered with our warranty terms.***


Delivery to your address

For orders in Local Area Zones (non courier delivery), the products are supplied unpackaged and delivered to your address.

For all other areas, the products are supplied packaged and delivered to your address (Australia wide) to a depot within 100km of your postcode and then via courier truck. Wardrobes Direct Australia apply transit warranty to all courier orders. If you have a breakage or mishandled delivery please inform us ASAP so we may follow up with the courier(s). [UNAVAILABLE]


  • For all local zone deliveries; we deliver your order un-packaged with authority to leave. If no-one is present to sign for the delivery; your order will be left in a safe place on the premises. You may request a suitable place to leave the order on-site with the driver or in the order notes during checkout. Goods will not be left at a separate/different from order address, and a re-delivery charge may be applicable if you wish to not accept delivery.
  • The driver will only deliver to the front door/access point of the premises and not inside a residence or building due to insurance liability.
  • Due to other customer orders and scheduled delivery routes; we cannot guarantee a day and time prior to arranging the drivers delivery run. This is to ensure customer satisfaction across all orders with no delays in our process.


All Wardrobes Direct Australia’s products come with a 5-year warranty against defects from faulty workmanship or materials, as long as the products have been measured as we display and installed as recommended and not mistreated/mishandled post delivery. Please advise of any damage/defects within 3 days of the delivery day for them to be rectified. Failure to notify in due time is not covered with our warranty terms.

Payments & Security

We require payments to be made prior to the manufacture and delivery of your products.

All credit card payments are processed securely through PayPal and Stripe (A Shopify Official Payment Gateway). We do not have access to any of your credit card details and we do not store any of your credit card information.
