    including delamination or warping.

  • Hardware Failure

    Rollers, tracks, and handles are guaranteed to remain

    Abnormal fading or peeling of frame finishes and panel
    coatings under normal conditions.

What's Not Included

  • Installation Damage

    Damage incurred during DIY installation or by third-party
    installers not vetted by us.

  • Measurement Errors

    Incorrect sizing provided at the time of order that results in
    doors not fitting the space.

  • Wear and Tear

    Minor cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or dents that occur through
    standard daily usage over time.

Any manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange

Please use our How to Measure guide at the top of the website — it walks you through the exact three points you need to measure (buy media, wall width, and floor to ceiling height). If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll guide you through it.

4. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. We'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time and provide tracking updates.

5. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across South East Queensland including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, and Northern NSW. Contact us for regional deliveries outside these areas.
