Delivery

Please take the time to read over the delivery page prior to purchasing any products as this will give you a better understanding of delivery zones and requesting delivery dates if required. You will receive a text message the day before delivery to advise of next day delivery. 

Delivery to your address

For all orders, the products are supplied unpackaged and delivered to your address.

Most orders are delivered within 14-21 business days from order confirmation. You will also receive tracking updates while your order is in the manufacturing process.  You will receive a text message the day prior to delivery to advise of next day delivery. 

Conditions

For all deliveries goods will be left with authority to leave. The driver will only deliver to the front door / access points of the premises.

Warranty

All Wardrobes Direct Australia’s products come with a 5-year product guarantee against defects from faulty workmanship or materials, as long as the products have been measured as we display and installed as recommended.

 Payments & Security

We require payments to be made prior to the manufacture and delivery of your products.

All credit card payments are processed securely through Shopify.
