Manufacturing

Your order takes typically around 14–17 business days. We'll keep you updated at every stage of the build.

Delivery Day

We'll arrange a delivery date that suits you. Deliveries run in regional batches to ensure maximum efficiency.

Most of our customers install their own doors — no tradesperson required. We provide detailed installation guides and our team is available to help if you get stuck.

3. What if I measure incorrectly?

Please use our How to Measure guide at the top of the website — it walks you through the exact three points you need to measure (buy media, wall width, and floor to ceiling height). If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll guide you through it.

4. How long does delivery take?

Most orders are delivered within 2–3 weeks from order confirmation. We'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time and provide tracking updates.

5. What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across South East Queensland including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Hervey Bay, Maryborough, and Northern NSW. Contact us for regional deliveries outside these areas.
